We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our prints. We take every precaution in packaging and shipping to make sure your order will arrive in excellent condition.

However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the print within thirty days for a full refund. Please call 530-265-2969, or email ,davidmckayphotography@gmail.com to let us know of any problems and to arrange for shipping (if returning an item).

Some limitations may apply: your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. Shipping costs from us to you are not refundable. Your return needs to be insured and trackable.
